My journey into coaching began several years ago, first as a mentee and later as a coachee. Through these experiences, I discovered that motivation alone is not enough — what truly sustains growth is clarity, inspiration, and intentional leadership practiced every day.

Alongside this personal journey, I bring nearly 18 years of FMCG experience, spanning Supply Chain, Sales, and Regional Marketing across Europe. I progressed from Junior Key Account Manager to Sales Director for Romania & Moldova, where I led the integration of two business units following a merger. I later moved into a European role as Senior Brand Manager, shaping brand strategy and driving business performance across multiple markets.

I am deeply passionate about building high-performing teams and developing people. My leadership style is strategic and results-driven, while remaining strongly people-centered. I believe that sustainable performance is built through trust, empathy, and clarity — not pressure alone.

As a certified coach and trainer, I support leaders and teams in translating strategy into measurable impact, while fostering a values-driven culture.

Beyond roles and titles, I am a daughter, a wife, and a mother. These roles continually shape my perspective on leadership, responsibility, and balance — and reinforce my belief that empathy is not a soft skill, but a leadership strength.
